Morning Start!!!

Good Morning Friends!!

Wellness - the state or condition of being in good physical and mental health. 

I started my morning today with a bowl of maple and brown sugar oatmeal and some fresh fruit. My favorites strawberries, bananas and cantaloupe. It is so easy and simple to prepare. I think it took me less than 5 minutes to put it together. This is great for people on the go like myself. I have limited time in the mornings so getting a good meal in before I go is vital.
